2008 Friends for Life Guild Fundraising

Since 2006, Friends for Life Guild has worked with local Washington glass-art talent Uptown Glassworks to develop unique and beautiful hand-blown glass ornaments. Each year we significantly grow ornament sales, with all proceeds benefitting Pediatric Oncology Research at Seattle Children's Hospital.

In 2008, we have proudly added a new group of dedicated volunteers to our organization - The Eastern Washington Chapter of the Friends for Life Guild.

The Friends for Life Guild is also growing our fundraising activities to include special events. We held our First Annual Finaghty's Friends for Life Fall Fest on October 18, 2008 in Snoqualmie, Washington.

To ease communication with our generous supporters around the country, we have updated our web site's ecommerce functionality to enable donors to buy ornaments or to donate money online to the Friends for Life Guild.
